Pro Enviro's commitment to quality practice and ensuring quality in product and service means we have expertise in writing, implementing and auditing quality management systems (QMS). To help us in our consultancy practice and to provide you with knowledge and understanding of QMSs and the part they have to play, Pro Enviro has produced a range of courses from our constantly expanding library of knowledge.

As an example, below is an extract from the course titled: Introduction to Quality for Employees.

The aims of this course are to:

Provide an overview of Quality Management System Requirements as defined by EN ISO 9001:2000 (referred to as ISO 9001)
Provide a breakdown of the requirements of this type of Quality Management System (QMS)
Provide further information on the successful development of Process Based QMS' based on the model used in ISO 9001

After completing this course you will be able to:

Demonstrate an understanding of the Process based QMS model
Demonstrate an understanding of the requirements of EN ISO 9001:2000
Demonstrate an understanding of the relationship between EN ISO 9001:2000 and previous obsolete 9000 series documents
Demonstrate an understanding of the particular requirements of ISO 9001
