Pro Enviro has always treated quality consulting as another way of helping its clients improve the overall performance of its business through the generation of ongoing improvements throughout the organisation. From senior managers through to shop floor and customer facing employees there are improvements that can be made if the right approach is used.
We have experience of integrating ISO 9001:2000, AS 9001 and TS16949 management systems into the business systems of organisations from many different industry sectors, including:

Although there are no standard solutions to quality management, there is a structured approach that can be used to ensure that each organisation gets exactly the system it requires for the effective management of its individual business.
Preparation and Awareness
Raising the level of awareness of the management team of the importance of their commitment to quality and the awareness of the employees of the role they play in ensuring that the business is successful, now and into the future.
Organisational Review
Establishment of key processes within the business (usually 6 – 8), development of quality policy and business goals and objectives.
Procedure Development
Working with the managers and workforce of the organisation we will help develop the key procedures that support the processes and then test that these procedures are effective in adding value to the business. Process maps are used wherever possible to keep the systems as simple as possible whilst maintaining effectiveness.
Work Instructions
Working with the workforce, we help create simple forms and measurement systems to feed into the continuous improvement process.
Continuous Improvement
The focus of the system is to help the business satisfy its customer’s needs both now and in the future. This will only happen if there is a solid system of problem identification and resolution. We will develop appropriate performance measures and problem solving techniques for the organisation that helps create a high level of involvement and ownership.
Training
We create bespoke training programmes for organisations. These programmes are designed to ensure that everyone has an understanding of the quality system and their role in its implementation and maintenance.
Auditing
We will develop auditing routines that examine the key business processes and ensure that the auditors are fully trained to identify and manage process improvements.
