Energy Supply Contracts
- Tendering and negotiation of energy contracts for the supply electricity and natural gas to single and multiple sites. This includes the administration of contracts to ensure the smooth transfer of supplies.
Energy Monitoring
- Energy surveys to identify opportunities for improving energy efficiency and cost savings. This can be site-wide or targeted to investigate abnormal or excessive energy consumption and costs.
- Monitoring and targeting of energy consumption. Portable sub-metering equipment will be used to undertake an in-depth analysis of energy consumption of a particular area or piece of equipment.
Climate Change Levy Advice & Assistance
- Advice and assistance to ensure companies are able to meet their Climate Change Levy Agreement targets. We also provide specialist software designed to collate, measure, monitor and report energy data against your Climate Change Levy Agreement targets.
- Measure and validate energy consumption to ensure that the correct Climate Change Levy rebate is applied.
- Ongoing administration of Climate Change Levy paperwork.
Energy Management Programmes
- An ongoing programme of assistance to ensure companies achieve major improvements in energy efficiency within defined timescale's. This includes helping companies to develop energy policies, gain commitment from top management, develop Action Plans, prioritise investments in energy efficient equipment, and access to specialist support to drive the programme forward and help you achieve cost savings.
- Advice on sources of finance and funding to assist companies research innovative energy efficiency solutions or purchase energy efficient equipment.
