Worker fatally crushed under bus

A worker died after being trapped under a bus he was working on at a repair facility in Warwickshire.
Kevin Chaplin, 36, of Bulkington, Bedworth, suffered head and arm injuries. He was pronounced dead shortly after arriving at hospital.
The accident happened at Man ERF in Harrington Way on the Bermuda Business Park, Nuneaton on Wednesday afternoon.
Emergency crews found Mr Chaplin trapped under the bus. The Health and Safety Executive is investigating.
