Renewable energy target unlikely to be met

A House of Lords report suggests that Government plans to produce 10% of Britain's electricity from renewable sources by 2010 are unlikely to be met.
Peers on the all-party Science and Technology Committee cast doubt on the target because there are insufficient long-term incentives for investors in the sector.
