Competition Terms and Conditions

This competition is open to all UK residents aged 18 and over excluding all employees of Pro Enviro Limited or any of its subsidiary companies, their families, agents or anyone else connected with this promotion. Pro Enviro reserves the right to verify the eligibility of entrants.
No third party entries, bulk entries or entries submitted by agents will be accepted. Proof of return shall not be proof of receipt.
The closing time and date for entry is midday on 30/06/04. Entries received after this time and date will not be entered into the draw. The winners will be notified by 05/07/04
Entries that are incomplete or damaged will be deemed invalid. Pro Enviro accepts no responsibility for entries lost, delayed or damaged in the post or in transmission.
The winner will be the first entry drawn at random from all completed entries after the closing time and date.
The judges' decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
The prize will be an Apple iPod (15GB). The prize is non-transferable. No cash alternatives offered.
Details of the prize winner may be obtained by sending a stamped self addressed envelope to the following address, iPod Competition, Pro Enviro Ltd, Wayside House, Wilson's Lane, Coventry, CV6 6NY after 07/07/04.
Pro Enviro reserves the right to provide a substitute prize of similar value should the specified prize become unavailable for reasons beyond its control.
The winner may be required to participate in publicity connected with this promotion.
