We offer strategic and practical support to organisations of all shapes and sizes to realise the benefits of low carbon technologies, low carbon skills and resource efficiency.
Based in Rugby, we operate across the UK, be it with government departments and agencies such as Defra, DECC or BIS in formulating effective policies and strategies, to the Regional Development Agencies and their partners who provide practical support directly to businesses at the regional level.
We also work directly with industry, bringing over 15 years experience of energy and environmental issues to bear, saving our clients money through improved business practice and risk management.

Pro Enviro used a system of analysis to produce gas profiles in a standard format which was already used for electrical energy consumption monitoring by Brockhouse. This type of gas consumption footprint is invaluable in determining the pattern of consumption by individual items of plant so that efficiency improvements can be quantified and properly monitored.Read more

Developed a system that allows local authorities and other approved users to get the idea of possible resource efficiency issues in companies through an automated diagnostic system. The system presents a number of initial questions and then begins to branch to ask further, more relevant questions based on the previous answers. Read more

Grant Management and Developmental Support for Skills Provision in Energy Technologies

Through this programme emda sought to provide successful applicant colleges with money to buy capital energy technology equipment – thus ensuring colleges have the right equipment to teach new energy courses. This supports the development and accreditation of new energy qualifications which regional FE colleges will be able to offer their students – leading to increased provision of training in the region and up-skilling of the regional workforce.
